FAQs

Before you get in touch

What's the difference between privacy panels and PVC panels?

Timber privacy panels give a solid, screened look that matches the gazebo's own cladding. Heavy-duty PVC panels are clear or tinted, weatherproof, and let more light through while still keeping the weather out.

Can I add sides to a gazebo I already have?

In most cases, yes — get in touch with your gazebo's size and style and we'll confirm what's possible.

Do sides need planning permission?

Adding sides can affect whether a structure counts as enclosed for planning purposes. We check this at your free site survey.

Do you install everything yourselves?

We install the vast majority of our buildings ourselves, so nothing is outsourced and everything fits together the way it should. Collection-only and delivery-only options are also available if you'd rather install it yourself.

Will my building need any maintenance?

Timber is a natural material that moves with the seasons, so a little care goes a long way — we send an aftercare guide with every order. Expect to reapply paint or treatment occasionally, oil hinges and locks, keep overhanging branches trimmed back, and add guttering where you can. Some natural silvering is normal too, as UV exposure lightens the timber over time.
